Quality includes many concepts about its reality and dimensions that it truly represents, which are approximately five concepts, and all of these concepts are often discussed and discussed about, and these concepts are superior: where the goods are taken into account if the quality is superior, and their quality is defined as soon as they are seen

Quality has supported merchandise, because quality varies from one product to another, consistent with the characteristics or characteristics that merchandise can have consistent with its quality.

 User-Based Quality: The suitability of a service or its ability to match consumer expectations and requirements.

 Manufacturing is based on the ability of a product to evolve according to the specifications established when its design began

and compatible with it.

Value-based quality, which tries to provide the simplest products to suit the customer's desires at a very low price. The ISO (International Standard System) specified in two series of specifications issued by (ISO14000 and ISO 9000) that quality is the strength of the product or service specifications to develop into the specified specifications, and requires many characteristics such as: poor quality, good quality and excellent, and therefore the evaluation process depends on measurable factors, such as: length and width

weight, proportions, material properties, price, use, etc. American Quality Standards Philip Crosby, through his philosophy, TQM has provided four pillars to the concept of total quality, which are:

Product quality: which evolves to the specifications requested by the customer.

The standard system is to protect the goods/service from any faults.

The quality of performance in quality should be “zero defects”.

The quality of a product is measured by measuring whether it does not match or meet the needs.

 Dimensions of product quality achieved by merchandise quality by satisfying consumer requirements, this is often determined in accordance with the subsequent eight dimensions: Performance: This dimension is determined due to the extent to which a product is able to meet consumer requirements and do what is required of it.

 Reliability: It gives the customer reliable information about the maximum time period of the goods.

Durability: How well a product can measure and keep working.

 Serviceability: This dimension expresses how easy and easy it is to repair the product, given the value and duration of the repair.

Aesthetics: This dimension is said about the appearance, elegance and attractiveness of the goods.

 Product Features: This dimension describes the product's ability to be developed and updated, and its ability to perform certain functions after development.

 Reputation of the producer (tangible): It is said of the reputation of the parent company, which manufactures the goods, to the reputation of the commodity itself.

Standards Compliance: Refers to the factory's adherence to the specifications required by the customer in manufacturing the goods to achieve business requirements and satisfaction.

The stages of quality development in the basic stage

This stage is taken into consideration as one of the most costly ways for manufacturers, especially people who inherit competition with other companies working in the same field, as the company at this stage depends on knowing the opinion of the customer expected to file a complaint, or return products that do not comply with their specifications, because Neglecting the advantage of early detection of defects, by providing the service or product to the customer regardless of its violation or conformity with specifications.
